"Simple and easy to use"
I found the site really easy to get around, and it didn’t take me long to find what I was looking for. I’d say it’s worth checking out if you want something straightforward.

"Good conference, but it could use better organization"
I went to an ASHP conference recently, and overall it was fine. Some of the sessions were genuinely useful, and you could tell a lot of the speakers really knew what they were talking about. That said, a few sessions dragged on longer than they needed to, and some didn’t feel as practical as I’d hoped. I also had a harder time than expected finding certain details on the website. Maybe this is just how these bigger conferences tend to be, but it felt like the whole thing could’ve been a bit more streamlined. Not a bad experience, just not perfect.

"Quick support, but I felt a bit misled"
I had a question on ASHP and support got back to me quickly, which I appreciated. They kept it simple and actually answered what I asked. That said, I did feel a little misled at first because the info on the site wasn’t as clear as I expected. Still, the support team handled it well and didn’t leave me waiting forever.

There’s definitely some helpful clinical stuff in here, and I did get value out of it. That said, the navigation was frustrating and the whole thing felt kind of dry. Not saying it’s a scam, but I expected it to be a little easier to use and more engaging.

"CE courses felt a little sketchy"
I took these CE courses hoping they’d be helpful, but a lot of the lessons felt outdated. Some of the material seemed like it hadn’t been refreshed in years, which made me wonder if they’re just reusing old content and calling it current. It wasn’t totally useless, but I expected more

"Being a member has been worth it for me"
I wasn’t sure if the membership would be worth it at first, but it’s turned out to be a really good value. I remember the first time I used one of the member perks and felt that little bit of relief, like, “Okay, this was actually a smart decision.” It’s been a nice feeling knowing I’m getting something worthwhile out of it...
